lodge is located in Grand Chenier, Louisiana (Cameron
Parish) approximately forty-five miles south of Lake
Charles, Louisiana.
- Huniting
License and State & Federal Waterfowl stamps available
at lodge.
- Lake
Charles Airport served by commercial airlines. Rental
cars available at airport.
Food
and Lodging
- Famous
Louisiana "Cajun" cooking included in package
price.
- Sleeping
accommodations provided in spacious 3 bedroom brick
house with large den situated on beautiful live-oak
shaded lot, included in package price.
- Bookings
available for up to 10 guests per group. Individual
hunters are also welcome and can easily be accommodate.
- Alcoholic
beverages not included in package price.
Alligator
Hunting Package
- Guided
alligator hunting trips are available
- Rate
is $300.00 per day per person (gauranteed alligator
kill, but the alligator remains the property of the
lodge). Alligator may be purchased from the Lodge at
market price plus $10.00 per linear foot.
- Alligator
season is set by the Louisiana Department of Wildlife
and Fisheries, but generally open during the month of
September.
Duck
Hunting Package
- Guided
waterfowl hunting trips with experienced hunting guides
are available.
- Two
hunters per guide per blind is standard.
- Trained
dogs assigned to each guide are provided to retrieve
game.
- Hunter
must furnish thier own hunting gear and ammunition.
- Limits
are set by Federal and State waterfowl regulations.
- Up
to 10 guests per group welcome. Individual hunters are
also welcome at the lodge, and can readily be provided
accommodations.
- Rate
is $300.00 per person
per day. 50% deposit required to confirm reservations.
Afternoon fishing available at additional cost (Redfish
or Bass).
